How Applications Work

1

Join the Vendor Mailing List

Applications open in the fall. Join our vendor mailing list to be notified when applications open and receive the application link.

2

Submit Your Application

Applications are accepted in waves beginning in November and continue until all tables are filled. There is no fixed closing date.

Your application should give us a clear picture of your work, what you intend to sell and what you would bring to the show.

3

Applications Are Reviewed

We hand-select vendors from the applications we receive. We're looking for strong examples of your work, genuine dedication to your craft and the unique perspective you would bring to the show.

Thoughtful, detailed applications stand out.

Applying early in the application cycle also improves your chances, as each successive wave has fewer spaces available.

4

Join the Show

Once accepted, you'll receive everything you need to prepare for the event, including our Vendor Logistics Guide with detailed information about setup, the venue and show-day operations.

Once all tables are filled, we maintain a waitlist and will contact waitlisted applicants if a space becomes available, even close to the show date.
